Bergtheim, 14.05.2024 - Together with its importer FERKINGHOFF International, Trijicon™ - one of the most successful US optics manufacturers - is launching the distribution of its new RMR HD red dot sight in Europe. With this new model, the existing portfolio of the RMR family has been expanded to include a robust, high-quality model from the Michigan optics manufacturer.
The new RMR HD red dot sight is based on the Trijicon RMR adjustable LED model and has been equipped with a number of outstanding features. Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, the housing offers an extended field of view as well as a specially manufactured shape that specifically deflects hard impacts from the lens.
State-of-the-art electronics and a new adjustable reticle provide enormous advantages. The forward-facing light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the reticle to the surroundings. This adjustment can also be set to Auto (Standard), High Auto and Low Auto depending on the application. The Trijicon RMR HD is built with 2 different dot sizes: 1 & 3.25 MOA. Both dot sizes have a quick-switch reticle with target circle and crosshairs as well as automatic or manual brightness control. This means it can be used in a wide range of lighting conditions.
The shooter can choose between a single dot sight or a circle and dot sight at the touch of a finger, providing excellent visibility in all light conditions. The switch buttons on the side allow quick brightness adjustment even when wearing gloves and always provide positive feedback with an audible click.
The manual adjustment of the light point takes place in 9 levels, 3 of which are night vision compatible and 1 super bright, the lighting offers a battery life of over 3 years at level 5 (point only). An easily accessible top battery compartment, which is fitted with a CR2032 battery, rounds off the convenient handling and design of this red dot sight.
Trijicon relies on the widely used RMR footprint for optimum compatibility on pistols, rifles and shotguns. Designed for law enforcement and military users, the RMR HD is suitable for a wide range of applications.
